Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering Department of China Agricultural University, Ph.D./Master Supervisor, Senior Member of Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering. In 2007 and 2014, he received a master's degree in power system and automation engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a doctorate degree in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, respectively. He is a visiting scholar at Cornell University From 2019 to 2020. His main research areas are power system reliability and risk operation decision-making, power system operation backup planning, and evaluation of low-probability high-risk events. Presided over the general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China "Research on the Theory and Application of Small Probability and High Risk Assessment of Power System Based on Resampling Mechanism", Youth Fund "Research on Multi-Mechanism Coordinated Probability Assessment Method for Operational Reliability of Smart Distribution Network" (excellent conclusion) And key laboratory open projects; the first signed published 10 SCI papers, including 8 papers included in IEEE and IET; participated in a number of major national special research and development projects and power grid company projects.
